The Young Energy Program Graduated Its Fifth

As one of Turkey's leading holding companies , Eksim Holding continues to cultivate future leaders through its Youth Energy Program . This year, 24 young talents, selected from approximately 9,000 applicants , have started full-time jobs within the holding. This program, now in its fifth term, has introduced a total of 264 young people to professional life.

Highlighting the program's development, Eksim Holding Human Resources Director Mehmet Fatih Korkut noted a 54% increase in applications this year. Korkut said, " Genç Enerji is not just a recruitment program; it's also a strategic talent investment model. This year's high application rate reflects the program's credibility and appeal in the industry."

The program's biggest difference from similar programs is that it offers direct employment, rather than internships . At the end of the intensive five-month process, which begins in January and concludes in May, candidates complete the recruitment process and begin working directly at Eksim Holding. With this structure, Genç Enerji opens real career opportunities for graduates.

Participation in the program is determined not only by CV, but also through a multi-stage evaluation process that includes general aptitude and English language tests, a video competition, a personality inventory, and one-on-one interviews. This detailed selection process reflects Eksim Holding's commitment to qualified human resources .

Since the program's inception, 264 young professionals have entered the workforce, working across various sectors of the holding. Genç Enerji contributes to youth employment in Turkey and strengthens the company's innovative vision.
