The deadline for 2026 YEKDEM applications has been set as December 1, 2025.

The Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) has announced the principles for accepting applications for the 2026 Renewable Energy Resources Support Mechanism (YEKDEM) . Applications must be submitted electronically by December 1, 2025 , at the latest.

• Applications will only be accepted electronically .
• The application deadline is December 1, 2025 (as November 30 falls on a holiday).
• Applications can only be made by authorized persons .
• Facilities whose provisional acceptance has been completed and which have been put into operation after November 1, 2015, can apply.
• An electronic signature is required for applications to be considered valid.
• No additional checks will be made by EMRA regarding missing documents or incorrect applications.

According to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) statement, applications will only be accepted electronically, as per Article 5 of the YEKDEM Regulation . Applications submitted by hand or mail will not be considered.

Production license holders can submit applications through the system through individuals they designate as "contact authorized persons" or "license authorized persons . " The original or notarized copies of the authorization documents must be submitted to the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).

Production facilities that will apply to YEKDEM:

• It should have been put into operation after November 1, 2015 ,
• Provisional acceptance must be made by the application date .

In addition, the cover page of the provisional acceptance report and the copy submitted to the local authority must be uploaded to the electronic system.

Application petitions can be tracked in the system through the "Signed," "In Process," and "Approved" stages. Following the Board's decision, the Final YEK List will be approved after December 31, 2025.

EMRA will not perform file checks or notifications of deficiencies; only complete and procedurally compliant applications will be evaluated.

Generation license holders wishing to participate in YEKDEM for 2026 must submit a complete and electronically signed application by December 1, 2025. Otherwise, their applications will be invalid.
