Suape Complex defines new executive board

Appointments were approved by the Board of Directors and are part of the state-owned company's restructuring
The Suape Industrial Port Complex in Pernambuco has approved a new composition for its Executive Board. The changes were deliberated at a meeting of the Board of Directors (Consad) on July 2 and are part of the strategic restructuring process of the current management of the state-owned company.
Among the main changes is the appointment of Marcos Gesteira Costa as the new Director of Administration and Finance. A federal auditor for finance and control at the National Treasury Secretariat (STN), Gesteira has held leadership positions in the public and private sectors, including stints at the State Housing and Public Works Company, the Superintendence of the Union's Assets in Pernambuco, and the STN Office. He holds a master's degree in Economics, an MBA in Business Finance, and degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering.
Another significant change involves Armando Reis Peixoto Filho, who takes on the role of Director of Industrial Development and Management, combining the role with the current Director of Institutional and Governmental Relations. With a degree in Business Administration from FAAP and a postgraduate degree in Finance from Insper, Armando has experience in the energy, real estate and financial sectors, as well as additional training in the United Kingdom and the United States.
